On Monday, April 14th, Chick-fil-A recognized myself and other employees of Chick-fil-A that have 5, 10, and 20 years of service. Ten years ago (December 22, 1997) I started working at Chick-fil-A’s headquarters in the Information Technology department as an entry-level support desk associate; I now serve as Senior Supervisor of Enterprise Applications, engineering software systems used both in restaurants and at the corporate office.

The recognition celebration started at 11:15 in the atrium of Chick-fil-A’s corporate office where we were presented our service pens and check. Afterwards, a special lunch was prepared for all honorees which gave us the opportunity to dine with members of Chick-fil-A’s executive committee; including CFA’s President Dan Cathy. I feel so fortunate to be able to work for such a great company and look forward to the next ten years.
